Email and SMS campaigns for a bathroom remodeling company
A bathroom remodeler's list is small and valuable: every estimate from the last two years, every form fill, every past customer. Most of it sits in a notebook. Put it in a list and it becomes the cheapest source of winter projects you have. A text in October to 100 past estimates ("we have January openings and I am holding pricing through December 15") books visits for a few minutes of work.
The rhythm that works: a monthly email with one finished project and the town, a seasonal text twice a year (October for winter slots, July for fall), a request for referrals to past customers at the one-year mark, and a message to past customers about the second bathroom. No newsletters about tile trends. Each message has one project photo and one thing to do.
The mistake is sending nothing for a year and then a hard-sell blast. Working after two weeks looks like the list built and cleaned, the first project email out, and the October or July text scheduled. The slow-season plan shows where the sends fit in the year.
